All right, you'll have to save your smokes, flash bangs, and grenades on the New York level. Then, when you're fighting Emile, chuck a flash bang or smoke at him. Then switch to your grenades, and chuck a grenade at him.
Never tried that, can you grab him if you use a flashbang?
I never tried doing that before, I'm presuming that you wouldn't be able to, because Emile reacts pretty quick some times after the flashbang goes off. I'll try it out some time.

The 360 version has a much different scenario at the end of the game. The last mission takes place in the JBA headquarters and when you finally reach Emile him and a few other JBA guys are guarding the bomb with the detonator set to go off. You can grab Emile in this situation and what happens is pretty cool.
Ah, yeah, I do like DA on the 360 better then the xbox, but the box version is still fun to play though - it makes me wonder why UBI soft made it with the different versions for each system, just seems strange in my opinion.
I like the story on the regular Xbox a bit more in certain ways, at least I feel it has less plot holes. All in all the story on 360/PS3 is better, but in the Xbox version they explain how Sam gets his weapons, Lambert is an undercover arms dealer, in the 360 version they don't explain how he gets them Enrika just says something like, don't worry about it. I thought that was a bit dumb.
"Never tried that, can you grab him if you use a flashbang?"
I've managed it on the PS2 version, and my friend has the Xbox version which I don't see much difference between so yeah, it's possible I presume. There's a pretty interesting interrorgation in it for you.
Yeah, the way I beat Emile on the PS2 version took like 5 minutes. I used a flash bang, Emile went down rubbing his eyes, I hopped over the barricade thingy and got him. Very easy.
The 360 version was even easier for me, too. I think I lured the guards to the bottom level and I guess because all of the commotion, Emile decided to join them and I took everyone out, disarmed the bomb and watched the credits. Plus finished off Moss in the bonus mission.

Did you ever manage to grab Emile? My personal favorite interrogation was one of the guards near the end of the Displace building in Chaos Theory. Fisher threatens him something like this: "We're on the 60th floor. It's not true what they say about going unconscious just before hitting the ground. You see it coming the whole way." Such a great line.
