Hahaaaa, I had no idea you could do this!
Ok, so the way it happens is this - when you scan the documents in Emile's safe during the second JBA headquarters mission don't leave through the door. Instead, go out onto the balcony (there's a door directly opposite the safe) and out into the courtyard.
Now, on the other side you can see an open window with an awning below it and some crates which you can climb in order to get indoors again - do this and you'll find yourself in Enrica's en-suite bathroom then as you walk towards the exit the game will go into auto-mode and as Sam reaches for the door it swings open and Enrica catches you red-handed in her bedroom.
She tries to give Sam a good talking to but he simply pushes her against the wall and kisses her saying something about mixing business with pleasure!
Any then remaining objectives for the JBA (assembling mines, the pilot's body, training course, firing range) are then cancelled and the mission ends there.
Just some notes, however, if you try and don't succeed. The objectives I had finished included all of the NSA ones - that's including voice samples of all five members as well as searching for the personal and professional backgrounds on four of them (Emile, Enrica, Jamie and Dayton) as Moss's quarters and office are still out of bounds at this point.
