Negrotiator = RECYCLED

If you've seen the short-lived Doggy Fizzle Telefizzle in 2003, they had a skit called The Negrotiator that was very similar to this one in Short Circuitz

At first I thought it was just a coincidence, but there were a few things that gave it away that this was clearly recycled from that show

*The offer of Lakers tickets

*The threat of the use of the suspect's mother

But, they're both MTV shows so there's not like theres gonna be a big problem
