How do you defeat Carlos in the truck?

Have you got the mega buster (real)? Get it after killing 53k zombies and you can kill Carlito in 2 hits. My advice is to take him out when the car you are in trying to get the bombs has just died because the cutscene will end near the white car which makes it easier to finish the bombs quickly and save the other folk.

If you don't have the real mega buster go and get a chainsaw or 2, a queen, the book for maintaining the chainsaw for longer and loads of nectar - when you see Carlito coming queen the surrounding zombies then hit the door of the car (or front if you're lucky) on Carlito's side with the chainsaw, he should drive off when you get him, then you can carry on.

I also saved Floyd (Antique lover) first when I went for mark of the sniper and the woman who didn't make it (and her friend if you have the time). You generally get the call for the entrance plaza folk when you are returning from lesbian cop/Nick and Sally on the bunny and so drop them off at the security room but then hang around in Paradise plaze until you get all 3 calls for the entrance plaze (if you're in an area where a scoop is about to happen you don't get the call until you are in a different area).
