Olivia Munn and the writing killed this movie

It actually might've been a better movie is this was an official Broken Lizard movie. And anyone other than Olivia Munn would've been better in her role. She can't act. She shows no emotion. I have no clue how she keeps getting acting jobs. She's not funny at all. But the writing is pretty weak. It's a good idea for a movie. If you explain the premiss of the movie to someone, they'll picture a way better movie than this is. A lot of the jokes are dumb and rely on corny frat humor. Now I don't hate that, but it hurts this movie. If it thought of more clever ways to pull off obvious jokes, the movie would've been so much better.

Yeah. Just saw it and agree. It tries too hard to be a gross out comedy with wall to wall sex jokes that are tired and unfunny.

And I have never had anything against Olivia Munn, I've only seen her on Attack of the Show and a few episodes of The Daily Show, but you are right she is very flat and unfunny in this. But her role just boils down to "stock hot girlfriend" character. This movie needed a funny actress like Lizzy Caplan or Mila Kunis.

Don't try to cash in love, that check will always bounce.

I thought it was funny how she handled his anal sex joke.
