This guy kidnaps your son and for 14 years you believe he's dead? But when you come face to face with the father you actually offer to help him escape? You call that meek "attack" a representation of the fury any normal woman would have after being away from her child for that long? He feeds you some half-@$$ monologue and you're suddenly understanding? WTF! I'm amazed no one else mentioned this in the reviews or threads. Get real.

I actually sided w/her. She saw how much the dad loved his son way b4 and now what a great life and upbringing he had. the son definitely was content and loved the dad. I didn't blame him for taking him away from the city life and drugs, violence, etc. when he thought he wouldn't see him much. The dad panicked and maybe not the right decision not knowing all the details/visitation rights yet.
