Not a very good movie at all! I was into it hoping for something great when she went to find him. I felt the same way as others....I seriously thought they were going to make out...at least more from him. Really bad acting too....everyone! I couldn't believe I sat through this movie.

Can't stand this character and this woman can't act. Why in the heck do you travel to another country to find your long lost abducted kid with only a picture of said child when they were 3-4 yrs old??? How dumb is that? What is it with the bad writing in movies, tv shows etc these days?? Its like whenever that moment comes when the ish hits the fan the character can't fully explain why they're doing what they're doing. Its annoying as hell. Why not take the court order, any new paper clippings of his abduction, the wedding certificate, a picture of you and the father's wedding???
I mean really! Whoever the director and writer was for this crap shouldn't direct ish again.

Or at least bring your son's birth certificate, and I don't know anyone who'd destroy all the photos of their ex-husband. I understand the possibly of destroying all the evidence of your relationship out of hate and anger, but even when my husband and I separated for a short period of time, I would never have thrown away any pictures of my daughter & him. Get serious.

I thought Chace did a decent job. But Anwar was soooo flat he just didn't have much to play off of. I'm not that superficial, but it sure looks like Anwar has had some plastic surgery, so why not put a little botox in her furrowed eyebrow? It was so distracting. The writing wasn't helping either. It was like a Stella Got Her Groove Back meets The Blue Lagoon, until you remind yourself it is a mother and her son.
