just awful

i don't know how so many talented creative people (especially actors) can exist in NYC and STILL... things like this get made. it was just cringe-inducing. i held a pillow in front of my face and rolled up into a ball at least ten times. there are some good performances in the movie, but they just make the bulk of horrible ones stand out even more. i really feel like some favors were exchanged regarding the casting of this thing. it truly makes no sense when you see a solid performer like Steven Goldsmith struggle to make this crap work against... well, most of the other cast.
by the way, if my gay friends acted like the majority of the dweebs in this film, i'd punch them in the face. boring, droll, cliche... ugh. if there was some "lesson learned" element to the finale of this film, i didn't make it there. just couldn't do it...
