There is a Simpson's quote for every situation in life.
I usually like seeing things that have been around for centuries that require a lot of work and time, like things that are fermented (breads, wine, beer, soy sauce, hot sauce). They're interesting to me because these same things were made in a time when the people who made them didn't have the kind of tools or conditions we have today.
