Simply drink when you hear "worker"(s) or "water". Make sure the fridge is full.

Second rule - take two drinks every time there's a bad pun. Or, in other words, every time the narrator is introducing the next product.

Do NOT include "preform" in the drinking game unless you have a bucket around.
