So what is the real name?

This site says it is Sangre de mi sangre http://filmcrave.com/movie_page_main.php?id=25961, but which is it...the trailer on that site doesn't really explain it either...

It was originally titled Padre Nuestro, but then the filmmakers realized that there was a Chilean movie with the same title, so they had to change it. It was Padre Nuestro at Sundance, but now it is Sangre de mi Sangre. Great movie either way!

'Sangre de mi sangre' is translated to "blood of me blood"

What world the world be if people weren't out making themselves better citizens?

I prefer the new title. Sangre de mi sangre as some user have already mentioned, literally means "blood of my blood", but it's also a common expression to call a biological son in Latin America.
i.e. "Mi hijo es sangre de mi sangre" (My son is blood of my blood).

SPOILERS:

A quite ironic title considering that at the end of the movie Diego think Juan is his biological son when in fact he has just killed Diego's true "blood of his blood".

It was titled Sangre de Mi Sangre when I first watched it a few years ago.
