Just saw a screening of New York City Serenade - fabulous film - Ed Harcourt's soundtrack is awesome and Chris Klein shows he has incredible talent.
shareI agree. I just saw a screening at TIFF. I was impressed by the film, and got the chance to tell Frank after the screening. Good script and Klein's performance was particularly good.

I just saw the movie. Wow, i really liked it. Great acting from both actors!!! Klein was amazing, and surprisingly Prinze also was great!! Totally worth my time :)
shareI know! I barely even recognized Chris in this film because he was so good! My favorite part though was the scene during the last 5 - 10 minutes of the film when Ray gave his pep talk/life talk to Owen.
Does anyone know where I can get the instrumental piece that was played at the end of the film?
I hardly recognized Chris, either, in this film. A huge step up. I hope he continues good work like this.

Chris Klein has a truly wonderful talent. In New York City Serenade, I recognized him from The Valley Of Light (2007), in which he gave an absolutely stunning, unforgettable performance. He also got a chance to show his true stuff in We Were Soldiers (2002), and in Here On Earth (2000). Even in the American Pie movies he got some serious scenes in.
Chris in only 30, and has the potential to make a real mark, but even taking only his work to date, his place is already established.
