everyone so pissed that no one bothers to ask what the picasso killer is

we all know this movie is bad bad bad.
but what is exactly this picasso killer made of?
he seems to be very strong--at one point he can lift the police man and throw him away.
he also seems to be indestructible-- he fell down from at least 6 or 7 floors and was fine in the end.
what is he? anyone?

Some sort of demon... or just lucky.
I don't understand that final scene with a photo of a boy and his mom!

She might have fooled me, but she didn't fool my mother.
