Yeah it definitely was very horrible. Udo Kier has done way better and Carradine was wasted but I will say that Dominique Swain was beautiful as always. She's wonderful

I thought this film was quite tense, absorbing, and enjoyable. Udo Kier was in first-rate suavely sinister form as a smooth and arrogant serial killer who fancies himself as an artist. 8 out of 10 from me.
