Nice to James LeGros pop up
Wasn't aware he was in this when I added this to my Netflix queue, and was a treat to see him show up in the film. Loved him in Floundering, one of my all-time favourite movies. Wish he'd get more work.
sharei totally agree, mr. legros does seem to be criminally underused. he was really good in the film, and i was excited to see him play such a dynamic character. julieen experiences this complete character arc in only a small handful of scenes, which could have proven too difficult or even impossible for a lesser actor to pull off effectively.
he was excellent in Floundering -- i also really enjoy his performances in Scotland Pa and Living in Oblivion (which might be obvious choices).
He definitely seemed like the most clearly realized character. Seeing him in this little experiment made me want to view his work in the far superior Point Break.
