Boring!!

Just saw this film on dvd. Boy am I glad I waited. It was super boring and slow. Too many goofs to mention. Racing car driver? Wow, they sure picked a difficult subject.
Rani was overacting as usual and I had changed my mind about Saif after seeing Parineeta, but it looks like he's going backward.
Kids were too cute. Hope to see them again!

Too many goofs to mention? Do you even know what you're talking about? Mention it to me then. Seems like you're talking out of your ass.
Anyone can relate to the movie, how in the world you find it boring? You ever been in a debt? You ever been down? You must be living off your parent's life savings, to not be able to relate or feel what was going on in the film.

Rani over acting? On what part? The whole freakin' movie? You got a problem with her being drunk in the beginning or something? lol Christ.

I can't believe the reviews coming from the community of low-lives.

The film has a good story, and everything works, as long as you don't pick it apart. So what if it doesn't have anything to do with the Indian religion or culture? There is too many of those films. *beep* that. This movie is very MODERN and with the elements of fiction and realism, it works for the people that haven't seen any bollywood films. If they wanted the film to be exactly reality base, there wouldn't be the songs, and humor etc. etc. Then you would get to see how stupid a house looks in New York blah blah. Why didn't they sent the kids to a public school? Obviously the kids like the school they were going at, so they started saving. I guess the American audience are picking the film apart. Bollywood movies barely base their stories in the U.S. so it's still kind of new. For the people that don't live in New York like me, I didn't care about that *beep* I just enjoyed the view. Now you people probably have seen enough movies to know that in most films, as it starts out, they would have a text saying what city or country we the audience are looking at. But we know it's bull, oh it says New York, then they cut, and we see buildings that are seen in LA etc. the point is, it doesn't matter.

On the racing scene, where RV is winning his races, they made it look like he was racing all over the United States. You and I know it's BS, but so what? it's a movie.... who cares. They had Milwaukee, Wisconsin shown.. and I'm from Wisconsin. I didn't care if they showed a bit of the state I lived in. They were just trying to make a point with the scene, and I understood it. Enough said.

Saif did a good job, I was watching his performance carefully. As well as everyone else, and how everything was shot.

All the songs didn't suck, and the Hey Shona and the main song are superb. I can't believe some of these losers are saying the songs are mediocre. They really got a nerve, like they can create and write a better song? Kiss my ass.

The movie shots worked. The modivation worked. The songs are hot. The tiny flaws didn't hurt the film. The jumping from fiction to reality is a usual bollywood thing, so you should know what to expect, so stop bitching.

If I had to rate this flick on a scale from 1/10... I give it a 9.
