It seems to be missing on the DVD, even on the rouph print.
shareThe molotov cocktail video was not cleared by the production company's lawyer for E&O insurance. Therefore the distribution company did not allow it to be placed on the DVD.
This is the same issue that Brian De Palma has been dealing with on Redacted in which shots of dead Iraqis had to be blacked out because the production company's lawyer refused to clear them for E&O insurance.

Redacted, incidentally, was shot by Monkey Warfare's DOP, Jonny Cliff - the bastard child of Sam Peckinpah.
