Al Gore award presentation

Did anyone else watch Al Gore's little speech in the extras on the DVD (or see it live)? The film was quaint and made a point of not casting judgement, then he walked on stage like a big loud Americ[u]nt and used it to justify his own beliefs. He basically trapped the director into agreeing with / praising him (whether she really does or not I don't know?), and spent half the time advertising his own businesses. What a c[u]nt.
