help with song in ending credits

just wondering if neone could help me find out the name of the song played in the end credits. iv been searching its lyrics online but with no luck. the song goes something like
"...miss you more each day... i will remember, my heart so tender.. place for you my son, forever home..."

i think only a section of the song is played in the credits as the lyrics only go for around a minute.

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

thanks for ur reply :) . iv been looking around for info about the papercranes, the singers voice sounds like a match to the end credits song from what iv heard off some youtube videos. cant find any info about a song "momma butterfly" iv checked their official website and other sites but still with nothing new :S . they are quite obscure :( .

If it's played over the credits, it's in the credits.
