whats wrong with his body ??

He is River's natural brother. River is the one who doesn't look like the rest of the kids. River has a mixture of his Mom and Dad,(cheekbones,eyes). Joaquin favors his father.
JP has a healed cleft. It healed before he was born. It sometimes is part of a syndrome that includes the shoulder deformity. It can include skinny limbs, too. I'm not saying that's what he has, but it appears to be the case.

I can see the similarities between the too; I can see why they are brothers. Both are EXTREMELY good looking. If River were still alive today, and you could see him at the age he would be, then he probably would have the same body as Joaquin. That's what age does to your body. Joaquin used to have a really fit body when he was younger, but now that he's getting older, weight has been added.

He looked like a regular person. Does every man have to have hot body on screen? He's a father and professor of about 35. He's not busy working on his body.

When he had his shirt off, I noticed that his shoulders do not appear to be symmetrical. When his back was to the camera, I thought it looked like he has/had scoliosis. Not being critical of his body, it's just an observation.
