Whatever happened to Saturday morning cartoons? I would get up at 6AM, watch cartoons on EVERY network until noon while I ate a bowl of cereal, then spend the rest of the day playing with my friends outside until the street lights came on. These days kids can't run around in the street safely, so they spend more time inside. And this is the crap to which they are subjected. BRING BACK SATURDAY MORNING CARTOONS!

there are so many channels that air cartoons all the time, the excitement of saturday morning cartoons is pretty much a thing of the past
shareI personally think that this is a very good kids show. It is entertaining, has important messages and has some very good young actors starring in it, most notably Christa B Allen who more than deserves the award she won at the 2007 Young Artist Awards for the role.
Sure, it probably isn't one of the best written or most memorable childrens shows out there but it is much better than many other shows along similar lines, plus it has a lead actress who i think may actually have a future in acting beyond this show, unlike many other young actresses who come to mind.
Of course, this is just my opinion.
I do agree with you generally about the fall of Saturday morning cartoons though.
Well this is a good show only thing that annoys me is the bad acting I've never seen bad acting like this outside the Disney Channel

shareI only saw this show once and I like the idea of a craft show, but the overacting totally ruins it. It's not just one person who overacts, it's the whole freaking cast. It's a bit rediculous.

Though I agree about cartoons from when I was younger compared to the crap that airs Saturday mornings these days I disagree about the premise that kids can't run around (the streets) safely these days, so they spend more time inside. They spend more time inside these days because most kids are lazy & are more into video games & music videos & the internet than they are actually doing anything or playing a real physical game or doing anything physical. The safety argument is a weak cop out......the real reason is most of them are REALLY LAZY & they don't want to go outside.
