Different Ending?

Just finished watching this show on Netflix. The ending was pretty bad and I'm not going to lie, I totally cried.

Usually when a show or book I get obsessed in ends, I make up a story of what happens after to make me feel good lol.

So this is an alternative ending post, here is my version:

Grace sacifriced herself and killed the devil in the explosion. I wish she can be an angel but I don't think that happens because Earl said he has always only been an angel. So she gets reincarnated to continuing saving people on earth by coming back as Perry's baby, who she adeptly called Grace. Ham struggles so much with Grace's death he quits being a cop. The rest go on with their lives eventually. Clay becomes a cop like his Aunt.

I hated that Grace died but we all knew she would. I felt bad for poor Rhetta. She lost her best friend since childhood. I can certainly see Ham quitting and Clay becoming a cop.


