...Uh,worst animated film ever?

I have never seen this,but I have watched some of the original on Youtube(and it was awesome!)and everyone seems to HATE this.People complain that they hate the Disney sequels,but not nearly as much as this...I have never seen an animated film so hated...so is supposed to be like the ''worst animated film ever''?And what are some other really bad ones?

Believe me, it's THAT bad. People don't just hate it because it's totally unfaithful as a sequel to Vuk (1981), but because it's truly one of the worst movies ever. Anything that can go wrong with a movie does. It's incredibly boring, the story makes no sense, the characters are horribly written stereotypes, and the animation looks worse than most Playstation and Nintendo 64 games.
