There's a lot of hate here

I haven't seen this film - but wow, you guys hate it. I'll give it a 1 because I've never seen such a whiney list of complainers in my life. Is there anything good worth revealing, anything? Just wondering.

Sienna Miller's hot. It has to be worth renting for her voice?

Another reason why IMDB ratings suck......

I agree oh so well.

Since the movie lacks Siennas ass, her voice alone is not a redeeming factor:)

There's every reason to hate this movie. I very rarely get emotional about movies but the kind of treatment I'd give to the director of this trash cannot be described in human words. Gyorgy Gat is the very bottom of humankind and he deserves every bit of hate you see here.

There was an original moview called Vuk, which is a wonderfully written and made film of the highest quality; especially if you understand the language. It's great even with English dubbing (which doesn't come close to the Hungarian original.) Everyone in Hungary knows the original tale and it's held in the highest regards. The only reason it's not a global classic is because of the language barrier.

This cheap, trash rip-off is disrespectful to the writer, to the animators, to the director and to the fans of the original movie. The makers of this **** simply ripped off the title of the original movie and made it into an extremely low-quality "film", while taking millions of dollars in government subsidy. No one knows where the money went, but most 3D games made in the early 1990-s were done in better quality and with better story. You can see why every Hungarian deeply hates this movie.

Please excuse my French - I strongly believe the makers of this trash deserve some ruthless punishment.

The original poster, even if unintentionally, brings up a good point; this film ranks high on the Top 100, and is considered by IMDB standards to be one of the worst pieces of animation of all time. However, like nearly half animation's "bottom 10," the film is impossible to find. I'm a connoisseur of crappy cartoons, and I find this bottom list endlessly frustrating. If I, using all I know, can't find any way to see this film, how likely is it that even the few thousand who voted on it actually have seen it?

reply

Actually it was heavily marketed in Hungary, the DVD's were everywhere for extremely cheap (the equivalent of 2.5 dollars).

If you search YouTube for "Kis Vuk" you'll find the entire movie. It's in Hungarian but since the whole "movie" is an insult to anything with a brain, the language won't really ruin your enjoyment. Ha ha, get it? Enjoyment! Good luck with that. There's no way there're 12 worse movies on this planet than this turd.
