You can't be serious when asking that question. You have never been to California. There are many many parents who believe their child is the next prodigie. Half do not even read what they are signing their children up. All they care about is the money. And money rules all.
shareIt was filmed in New Jersey, so I don't see how being to California (which I even lived in once) has to do with it.
shareShe wore a suite with the kids around and in any of the rape and nudity scenes the youngest were seperated from situation and brought in later with Blythe not present.

Thank you. Film makers do what they can to save the mind of a child. A lot of times the child doesn't even know what the movie is about. They are given directions from the director and they follow. The older kids looked young but in the filming they are really 17-19 years old.
