Change in title, release date

Does anyone have any idea what is going on with this film? Now, after at least two years sitting on a shelf with a constantly changing set of release dates, and after it was announced that Troma would put it out on video, now the name has been changed and this listing says it will go into "limited" release in March 2009?

I'm finding it increasingly hard to believe it's ever going to come out. Was it even completed? Has anyone on these boards (besides the filmmaker herself) actually seen it, and can report on it? Pls say so, if so.
