omg. this is my new cult fave.

and holy word, ms. october is the hottest chick i've seen in quite some time. i hope troma does an unrated version on dvd.

reply

I'll second that!! I desperately wanna check out the un-rated version of this film, if there is one. I imagine it will be even more sicker and twisted than the original film!

reply

Where did you get to see the film? I've been waiting for 2 years now. I can't wait. WHERE OR HOW CAN I GET A COPY!!!!

reply

I don't know about the op, but I saw the film at a special premiere screening here in New York and in Los Angeles.

Beautifully shot and alot of interesting, intelligent dialogue. Dunaway was good, but October was better and hotter! A really sick, but original little film. They need to start showing and/or selling the un-rated version!!

Troma Entertainment will distribute the un-rated version of this film. You can jack off to all the steamy sex scenes to your hearts content.

I adore all these demented conversations that Ms Kingsley has with herself...Maybe she should just point a camera at herself and play all the parts in her next film - and that one just might get seen!

btw, just checked Troma's index of films today on their website - there was, of course, the distinguished blockbuster "Dr Hackenstein" starring Phyllis Diller (!), but alas no Dr. Fugazzi. Oh well.

I guess I know nothing about the film industry.

reply

Are you on crack white-boy? Do you have any actual proof that Ms. Kingsley has conversations with herself?

And everybody invited to the premiere and/or affiliated with the indie film community knows that Troma Entertainment has signed on to distribute this film even if it's not up on their site yet.

Go watch the film, and then talk... otherwise keep your stupidity and your ignorance to yourself Kracker.

Thank You.

The unedited film clips posted on you-tube are just hysterical. I have some of the clips saved as part of my favorites and every time I watch one of them, I have to crack a smile. I hope the final version of the movie will retain all that dark, raunchy humor and then some; though the movie poster itself hints at something a little more sinister and more deeper.

Good for you. You'll enjoy the film even more, especially if you appreciate that kind of dark, risque humor.

reply

Do you have any idea when they'll release the film?

reply

In a few months according to all the New York-Troma buzz.

reply

I for one can't wait. Does anyone have any info on the dvd release bonus features? I would love for Kingsley and Dunaway to do commentary. Dunaway did commentary for her Argentinian thriller Chronicle of the Raven with the producers...it was great. PLEASE OCTOBER DO COMMENTARY WITH DUNAWAY!!!

reply

Actually, you know, your suggestion about the filmmaker and Dunaway doing comment tracks would make this a very, very, very entertaining experience. In fact, I think that's a brilliant idea. Maybe what will make this film release-able would be exactly that -- add commentary tracks onto the film's theatrical soundtrack release and it would be an absolute must-see.

Saw the un-rated DVD. Loved it, and yes Ms. October is the hottest little thing ever. What is her race and cultural back ground? She look like a super delicious sex kitten. X3

reply

Yes, holy word! Un-rated version is now available from Troma.
