could you tell me a little about the actors and director?

Were most of the people nonprofessisonals?

Was the woman who played Darcy really anorexic?

Did they do a follow-up on the cast and tell if any of them lost weight?
I read in another post that "Bob" was on 'The Biggest Loser.' Was that before or after this movie? How's he doing now?

Any other insights into the making of the movie would be greatly appreciated!
