the guy who plays bob, he's that guy who was on the biggest loser a few years ago! he actually did pretty well and ended up losing a hell of a lot of weight.

I think it's a shame, really. It's like he didn't care and just did it all for the money. The runner up has supposedly kept off all the weight and even lost some extra after the show while on her own.
I read somewhere that Ryan gained back all but 30 lbs.
Eric Choppin was the same way. Lost it all and gained it back. I don't remember if it was Eric or Ryan, but they ended up blaming the Biggest Loser for not being there for them after the show. WOW

That's the problem with shows like that. You make all these extreme changes really quickly, and it's way too hard to sustain them. You need to make gradual changes and address the root of the problem for lasting results.
