I saw the episode and there was no spider man. Did you acually see him? For how long does he aphere? Mabye he is in another episode?

Yes. During the Frightful episode. He's the photographer Johnny hires. He is neither named nor does he appear as Spidey.

Well while it was a free lance photographer.. dont mean it was Peter though..never saw the guy wear a hat in any incarnation.

If they'd just had a photographer walking around, I might have thought otherwise. But they pretty blatantly introduce him without letting him give his name, which is a classic way of calling attention to the cameo of someone they can't actually name without getting into legal trouble. (This was back when Sony had ownership of Spidey's TV rights, after all.)

Besides, it's a brown-haired freelance photographer in the Marvel Universe who hangs around with Johnny Storm. Who the hell else is it gonna be?
