Why suc h a low rating?

I like the American Pie series.
I did not like this movie.

why the low rating?
because it sucks.

its nothing like american pie or dumb and dumber

I understand your point: people do seem like crap+sex+comedy movies like American Pie and other mindless looow-brow comedies. And this one had, poop, boob and other such items used in the formula earlier... So what's wrong with this ?

Ans:
- it's not funny at all.
- it's production values suck.. looks like 8mm or handycam work with no lighting.
- no editing whatsoever... even the slickest moments are borrrrring to watch.
- except for the lead, no body could act (Lead was also below par).
- I couldn't wait for the movie to finish.
- Story was not going anywhere.. (even though you pretty much know what's coming).
- The only "creative" aspect was introducing poop/fart in a serious moment.. that too suffered the last mile issues.

And I've seen _all_ (not just first 3) American Pie movies. Even the worst ones are much better than this. Only person who would doubt this rating would be part of the production crew.

It was far worse than American Pie.. not at all like Dumb and Dumber, and NOWHERE near Animal House. It was just a stupid, unfunny, cliche movie. Not even from a high-strung, sophisticated point of view (I've seen some REALLY stupid things) but this movie was flat out unfunny.

i liked it,, laughed my ass off.. thought it was slightly better than the American Pie series.
