I think maybe just the setting. All dusty with dead bushes rolling all over the the roads and sidewalks. And dark so that the dust turns everything a grayish-brown. And we mustn't forget to have vultures circling all over the place while they wait for someone to stop moving long enough for them to get a few bites.
