When mirena fell off the tower and was dying, Why didnt vlad just feed her his blood so she could live as a vampire....
She didn't want to be a vampire. In fact, she was pretty adamant that he shouldn't drink blood so that he would stop being one.
shareI'm pretty sure Vlad didn't want her to be a vampire either, plus it was never shown nor confirmed that Vlad was capable of turning people as a partial vampire. He was only shown doing that as a full-fledged vampire which happened after he drank her blood.
