not enough votes yet?

Tons of people saw this and most hated it and yet it doesn't have enough votes yet to have a rating? Who is imdb kidding? Maybe I am unfamiliar with how imdb scoring works, but why is there no vote rating yet listed for it?

I gave it a 2/10 because they were competent enough to remember to put film or videotape into the cameras, not that they should be commended for capturing this story on film/video...
