Anyone knows if this will be released on DVD?
...quest to save humanity from my nemesis, some bastard who's presumably responsible.
BBC titles usually take a few months before they are released on DVD.

I checked the BBC shop's website for their list of forthcoming DVD releases last week and 'Wide Sargasso Sea' was still not listed. I, too, would like to buy a copy. Since I saw the film on TV, I have read four of Jean Rhys' novels, starting with 'Wide Sargasso Sea', and I would like to see the film again, so I can compare it with the book.
sharewe should start up some sort of a petition or something! i want that damn movie!! no, but seriously. it might work !

i agree with you we should start an petition or something maybe they would released it on dvd then. It takes to damn long for them to put it on dvd and released in USA. I have been asking it had an offer to buy it from someone from ebay want it now something but england takes to damn long and other too that have the current copy of it. But serious i too want it on dvd so that i can have copy of it but where do we started from BBC ? Please let me know where and when you can get it from please? shareyou should start a petition! i heard that's what they did with north & south. otherwise bbc wouldn't have released the dvd (or not so soon).
