That actress is Robin Sydney, who is one of the relatively few young American actresses who will actually take her clothes off while making a movie with two shower scenes, several sex scenes, two nude photography scenes, and one nude videography scene.
I think the producers felt bad they'd made a completely sex-obsessed movie with no nudity because they evidently cast a bunch of actresses with "no nudity" clauses in their contracts (even though none of them is particularly talented and has only gotten where they are because of their looks). Therefore, they brought Robin Sydney in simply to do a topless scene, even though she isn't otherwise in the frickin' movie!
Modern American cinema is a mass of contradictions--completely sex obsessed but prudish about nudity yet also still perfectly fine gawking at an underage girl (Willa Holland) in her underwear. . .
