TalkAboutFilms mp3 podcast discussion of Reprise

I belong to an independent & foreign film discussion group called TalkAboutFilms. In the summer of 2003 we began recording our discussions for posting on the web to share with others interested in independent & foreign film and who might be interested in a discussion of the films. As all the members of our group will attest to, our enjoyment and experience of seeing independent & foreign films is deepened and enriched so much more, now that we can hear others opinions and takes on the films. We saw and discussed Reprise and we liked it a lot ....there's so much more we had to say and it's available in an mp3 podcast file for download (free) at our website talkaboutfilms.com or http://ia311330.us.archive.org/3/items/TalkAboutFilmsReprise/reprise.m p3 for the file.

Although I haven't listened to any of your other clips. I do believe that this one, specific to Reprise, leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, there isn't even a real discussion, since only one person in that panel actually saw it. You need more than one person to have a discussion. The only person that saw it actually says, at the 4:28 "I wish somebody else would've seen it". :(

By 5:50 they're all lamenting that it's going to be taken off from theaters, and that they won't have time watch it and do a proper discussion. Sounds very unprofessional.

I'm sorry if this comes across as a very harsh critique, but I do believe that these few points might make for a better discussion about movies.
