Romance and Horror?!?  No.  (Spoilers)

There was definitely no romance in this film. It was some sort of misguided, convoluted relationship between two deranged people. I don't think of this as a horror movie either, not even when taking the last 15 minutes into consideration.

This was a B movie at best, with the last 15 minutes explaining what the rest of the movie was about and then, come to find out, it didn't really happen because the person who was supposed to be alive had died seven years ago. The person didn't come back as a ghost, just the figment of the man's daydream, which we basically saw in the acclaimed "Vanilla Sky," a movie worth watching. This one wasn't.

"Acclaimed"?..I thought everyone hated Vanilla Sky..anyway I'd watch Christian Kane's smoking hot ass over one of Tom Cruise's cardboard performances any day of the week..at least the man can act..Cameron Crowe just had more money at his disposal..I thought this was alright for the budget..two obviously solid performances by two decent actors..I actually prefer the smaller, more off the radar films because those tend to be the ones where actors get to really stretch their legs and delve into something deeper..the ending was a bit much though..I really didn't think it needed any kind of twist to round it out..that's kind of becoming a go-to move for all of these jerkoffs coming out of film school I think..anyhow I'm still offended at the comparison to Vanilla Sky..that's just harsh..dude Vanilla Sky sucked ass..just thinking about it makes me feel dirty..okay brother just be honest..you're Tom Cruise aren't you?

Hide wasn't bad. Well acted and kind of interesting for the most part (if you can ignore the HEAVY southern accent). That doesn't change the fact that Vanilla Sky was 10 times the movie. There's no comparison.
