Ep. 18, Mins 4.55 to 5.01: Meyer asks Leo's brother if he knew his brother was planning to go to Vietnam. While he was saying 'no', Meyer was opening an envelope, pulling out foreign exchange including US dollars and ..... Hungarian Forint notes long withdrawn from circulation! Apparently, they were meant to be Vietnamese money :)

Even bigger goof comes when Lund forces the police officers out of a car at gunpoint and when she drives away they have totally vanished from the pavement.
