I was an extra in this movie, whats up with the Stomp the yard movie..

I was an extra in this movie, in the scene where they are at a hamburger joint, im sitting right behind the two main characters. I thought this movie was supposed to be released six months ago. I wonder what happened. I know there was a death of one of the producers, his son was a friend of mine. I want to see it come out soon, but im also concerned about the movie "stomp the yard" it has a very similar plot.
