That ain't right

Last year I spoke wit one of the writers of the film. They said the entire story was changed because one guy didn't like it, and that the two guys listed as the writers sold the rights to it way back in '03 or '04. They said the original writers (2 guys from Houston) wrote it several years ago, way before 'Stomp The Yard', and it is the exact same story line and plot. That's gotta make dem boys sick. Rumor in Houston has it that it was shot at Prairie View A&M and during the filming of the movie, they had so many problems it was pathetic. The original writers, from what I hear, had some problems with how the story was changed and decided not to do any more business with one of the producers or somebody working on the film. Then, 'Stomp The Yard' came out, and around Houston is thinking the 2 guys in Houston wrote it. They ain't responded to the rumors verbally. But, when I caught up to 'em during summer of last year and personally asked 'em, one of 'em said, "I wish the producers and the new writers the best. Currently, we're working on something for God. May the blessings of the Lord rest on them." The other one just smirked and nodded his head. They're better than I am. I woulda knocked some heads around. But, if they can fogive these people, so can others. But, if the original screenplay is the same story line as 'Stomp The Yard', it could be that the Man above was lookin' out for dem boys and allowed Sony to take the project out from under the people that really did dem boys dirty. After looking at the director's profile on here, it turns out the man died shortly after filming. There was a curse or somethin' on that picture. Good thang dem 2 boys moved along with God.
