when will it be back?

I really like this show. it reminds me of the office (which is my favorite show) but it's still different and not a rip off. but last season, season 3 ended so abruptly, with only 8 episodes and no advertisement for a season finale. I'm just wondering because the seasons usually start in january or like november. anyone know when this show will be back for season 4?!
