This movie looks pretty good, but is it going to be avalible to americans who DON'T understand german (will it be produced in english ?)

It's available on DVD in German w/ English subtitles.
However, I'm pretty sure the only DVD releases are region 2, so just make sure that your DVD player is region-free (& capable of playing PAL discs).
