The actors name is Neil Napier and he plays Wendell, it has yet to be updated on imdb.

Thanks for the info, Phil. Your show is funny as *beep* I watched Lance-a-lot tonight, and laughed my ass off. Making Lance obese was very clever, and I didn't see it coming. The chick hurling into the trash can because of Vic's farts was a great touch; a little over-the-top, yet, kind of realistic, too. Just think, in the 60 years of TV history, that was probably a first! That's waay cool.
It's SO nice to watch a show that isn't dumbed-down.
In next seasons scripts, please get Wendell naked again. There's not enough nudity on TV, especially comically. A bod like his should NEVER be clothed... ahhhh... Continued success, and please give my best (or a reasonable facsimile ;) to N.N.
