Nancy

I'm kind of disappointed with the way they got rid of Nancy. She was an underused character, and I always sort of liked her. She hammers her lines, though they don't give her much, and the way they got rid of her certainly didn't foster any feelings of warmth toward the aloof and self-involved characters that make up the rest of the cast. By leveraging herself by using Vic's enemy, she was only looking out for her best interests which is all any of the characters do on the show anyhow. Why she's the only character who is actually punished for her selfishness is beyond me.

Admittedly, I think she's pretty and I find that her being (I assume) South Asian goes a long way to break up the monotony of the all-white cast. In the end, the twist to this particular storyline has turned me off quite a bit, and made everyone else a tad less likeable. Which I hate to say, given how much I thoroughly enjoy the show so far (I've only seen Season 2).
