Lance's throat
I've just started catching up with "The Business" on IFC. One thing that I can't figure out: Why does Lance Rawley always wear a bandage on his throat?
I must have missed something in an earlier story-line.
After his movie was a success (first season), he went to Mexico or something like that and got really fat. Before his latest movie he wanted to lose weight so he had some sort of surgery through his neck to remove the fat.
