Valerie Koch!

In The Calling Game (Die Anruferin, 2007, based on a stage play), Valerie Koch plays the fascinating part of a woman who calls strangers at night and then acts like a child. In reality she is a grownup woman who takes care of her dying mother at home.

One call leads to real contact: an other woman thinks Koch is the mother of the telephoning child. The two actresses do well, but I was marveled by Valerie Koch, who alternates between a young child, an angry daughter and an adult mother. Her role is very demanding, and Koch stays admirably believable.
