I just had a few questions about the ending, it confused me a bit.
If destroying the body of the preacher stopped him, why was he the doctor?
Why did Ron die, or even how? o.O Wasn't the preacher supposedly defeated?
What ever happened to Jane? She was yelling at Sue to open up and then she said she'd be right back, but we never saw her again.
I think in the end nothing was really cleared up. It seemed to all be a dream she had while in a coma while it was concluding, but then they threw the preacher back in there, so is this just another dream? Was it all a dream? Is it all really happening? It's not a very well thought out movie, and is concluded very poorly. It's sad that they wasted a pretty decent story line on this. I know that doesn't anwser your questions, but I don't think that there really are anwsers to them.. And the message boards for this movie aren't springing with action, so I thought'd I'd throw my thoughts in, just so you got some response.

I'd have to agree with Kaity. Poorly written, poorly executed. Basically, your guesses are as good as anybody elses. Sorry. I too was looking for "answers" regarding this movie. The writers are leaving it up to the viewers to draw their own conclusion.
