ok, now lets see part 2.

Even though maximum ride was a low budget type b minus movie, I do want to see a sequel or series made from it.

I mean it did have some faults: anatomically incorrect/impossible folding wings, misplaced canine human teeth, characters looking blankly at the camera, low res cgi bluescreen backgrounds, and so forth...

Ok what was good: the overall story plot, most of the character casting, overall camera work, not too dismal or depressing, not grossly overjoyfull, and so on..

I think max and jeb were cast most correctly.


They do need to rethink the wings, maybe study portable folding hang gliders or bat wings, or birds that can fold up their wings into a compact shape.


Other wise the only way to have that style of wing would be an air inflated micro muscle tubes with lengthening and contracting tendons, with a very tiny amount of blood to create hydraulic lift and rigidity, containing no actual support bones at all.
(think like, those soft plastic inflatable noise tubes at sports games, or animal biology that can hydraulicly expand futher outward from a closer area.)
