Boring Comic-Book Quality. Inferior Costner rehash.

It had a boring comic-book quality.

As usual, the firearms were wrong.

The characters looked suspiciously well fed and clean.

This movie desperately needed George A Romero as a tech consultant.

how can the weapons be wrong in an apocalypse movie? i mean honestly isn't that kinda the point of the genre that they have to rely on any weapons they can find? Is it really hard to believe that over twenty years they found the weapons they did? i also don't understand how it had any type of comic book quality... and as for George A Romero, just because it's a movie about the end of the world doesn't mean he'd be much help, i mean there's a bit of a difference between a zombie movie a nuclear war movie.

Oh yeah, and how were they clean exactly? was it the over grown beards or the dirt and grime on their skin? Just wonderin...
